Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA launched this week at the 2015 REALTOR® Conference & Expo. The one day course was taught to a packed room of real estate professionals eager to learn the steps to pricing a home correctly. Knowing what a home is worth in today’s market is an invaluable skill. Being able to guide a seller through the pricing discussion is key to getting a listing – and selling the property. Price it too high and it’ll just sit. Price it too low and your seller may end up leaving money on the table.
