Checklists for Increased Productivity


One of the best parts of the REALTORS® Conference & Expo is the second half of that title—the Expo part! I love walking the trade show floor seeking out new vendors and ideas to bring home to my brokerage. I honestly try not to purchase too many things that I have to lug around all day, but I made an exception for what I will call my 2015 “score”: Walter Sanford’s giant doorstop of a book Time-Saving Checklists for Profitable Systems. This book contains every checklist you could possibly need as an agent or broker. It is huge and heavy but worth the trouble to carry around until I can get back to my hotel room. Sanford says the book will help you increase productivity and profitability by reducing the effort needed to create your own systems and checklists. Sanford is in Booth #440 at the Expo and has a special pricing deal on this valuable tool just for the show.
